Future plans include full telephone integration. The client record pops up on your screen as soon as the incoming call number is detected. In addition development of our needs assessment module which can be completed on line by thye prospective relocatee is nearing completion. Another module in the pipeline is the viewing intinerary system. This will produce an automatic schedule of viewings for prospective tenants. The schedule will include photos, maps and agents’ contact details. Online feedback forms for collating viewee comments are also provided.
