Over the past 8-10 years the Commercial Property World has gone through something of a revolution as far as IT is concerned. In view of that any software package has either had to change with the times or become redundant fairly quickly. From a fairly simple database in the early days, Clarks have developed COBoss into fully functioning "must have" tool for Commercial Surveyors and Commercial Agents such as us. The links with our web site and others such as EG Property Link, have helped reduce the irritating "multiple entry" issues associated with other less user friendly packages. We would now be lost without COBoss.
